Ramón is an experienced political operative, having worked on numerous campaigns at all levels of government over the last decade. He most recently consulted on a Borough-wide campaign for Bronx Borough President. In 2021, he was also an Outreach Director for a NYC Mayoral Campaign where he led the Campaign’s coalition-building between the Candidate and various organizations, community leaders, and others, with a focus on Latinos citywide and The Bronx.

Previously served as the Deputy District Director in the U.S. House of Representatives. Having worked in this office for seven years in various roles. During his tenure in this office, Ramón has been able to work on policy and communications. Traveling within the Bronx and to Washington, D.C. to fulfill his duties. He has worked on issues relating to criminal justice, health, and transportation, among other areas. In Washington, Ramón has had the opportunity to work directly on the Appropriations process. In the Bronx, he focused on effective community engagement to address the needs of the district.

Ramón has worked in different capacities on successful campaigns. He has also ran as a candidate himself and now serves as the State Committeeman of the 87th Assembly District.

Ramón is a first generation Dominican-American and a lifelong resident of The Bronx. He is a graduate from Fordham University and earned a Master of Public Administration at John Jay College.
